Self Defense & Open Mat

Self Defense is a perfect class for beginners, in which we practice techniques specifically for self defense situations found most commonly in street fights. This class is available to both men and women alike, though participants may stick to their own gender should they prefer.

Open Mat is FREE for all other jiu jitsu / grappling practitioners to get some live rolls in. Experience, good hygiene, and courtesy are required. This is primarily for NOGI jiu jitsu, though there may be some GI participants, so bring your GI if desired.
