Keep your kids busy in the middle of Summer with our MMA Day Camp! Both days will be packed with drills, games, and other enriching activities:
Nogi grappling takedowns, guard passes, & submissions
More intensive Kickboxing/Striking drills & mittwork
Self Defense specific situations
Team bonding / teamwork building games
Competitions both individuals and teams
New drills not played in class yet
Youth MMA, Kids Boxing, or Kids BJJ classes to follow (optional)
Up to 4 hours of daily supervision
2 hours camp
2 hours optional classes / extra activities

Take a much needed rest from the kids as they are challenged with fun and physically demanding activities in our MMA Summer Day Camp!
Have them stay for the optional Kids BJJ, Kids Boxing, and/or Youth MMA classes as well - which breaks down to less than the cost of a high school, paid under the table, babysitter.
Please provide own snacks/lunch. We will provide drinks/treats.
All are welcome - open to friends / siblings who do not train in our regular classes!
