Wear athletic clothing (t shirt, shorts, or leggings) and bring a water. Optional: boxing gloves, mouthpiece, and shin guards.

For parents watching, please do not coach your kids during class. Rather, talk to the Kumu in private afterwards should you have any comments or concerns.

Disclose to the Kumu (instructor) should you have any health issues. Proceed at your own pace, taking breaks whenever necessary.

Please have finger and toenails trimmed and good hygiene (deodorant). Do not attend class if you have any rashes, open sores, cuts, or are feeling ill.
